1. Organiser

TGI.FUN 2026 (“Event”) is organised by Lam Soon Singapore Pte Ltd (“Organiser”). These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, participants, customers, vendors, business partners and any other persons attending or taking part in the Event (“Participants”).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the Event venue, attending the Event, making a purchase, participating in any game, activity, sampling, redemption, contest or promotion, Participants agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any additional rules or notices issued by the Organiser, venue operator, event staff or appointed representatives.

3. Event Details

The Event will be held at Suntec Convention Atrium L1.

Event Dates & Operating Hours:
24 – 26 July 2026
12.00pm – 8.00pm

The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Event schedule, operating hours, programme, activities, layout, participating brands, mechanics or any other Event details, where reasonably necessary at any time without prior notice.

4. Admission and Eligibility

Admission to the Event is free of charge and open to members of the public, subject to venue capacity, crowd control measures, safety requirements and any other restrictions imposed by the Organiser or venue operator.

5. Participation and Conduct

Participation in the Event and its activities is voluntary and at the Participant’s own discretion.

Participants must comply with all directions, safety instructions, queue arrangements and participation requirements communicated by the Organiser, venue operator, event staff or appointed representatives.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry, deny participation, remove any Participant from the Event, or disqualify any individual from an activity, redemption, contest or promotion if the Participant’s conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, inappropriate, in breach of these Terms & Conditions, or contrary to the spirit of the Event.

Children and minors must be accompanied and supervised by a parent, guardian or responsible adult at all times. The Organiser may restrict participation in certain activities where age, height, safety or operational requirements apply.

6. Games, Activities, Sampling and Redemptions

Participation in games, workshops, sampling, refills, redemptions, contests, promotions and other Event activities are subject to availability, operating hours, queue conditions, stock availability and any specific mechanics or requirements communicated at the Event.

The Organiser may limit the number of participants, redemptions, samples, prizes or purchases per person, per transaction, per day or throughout the Event period, at its sole discretion.

The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, substitute or cancel any activity, mechanic, prize, sample, redemption item or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Purchases, Products and Prizes

All products, bundles, offers, discounts, gifts, prizes and redemption items are subject to availability and while stocks last. Product visuals, pack sizes, flavours, variants and promotional items shown in any publicity material are for illustration only and may vary from the actual items available at the Event.

Except where required under applicable law or where a product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, all products purchased, redeemed or received during the Event are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Prizes, gifts and redemption items are not exchangeable for cash, credit, vouchers or other products, whether in whole or in part.

The Organiser reserves the right to verify eligibility, proof of purchase, redemption entitlement or participation details before issuing any prize, gift or redemption item.

8. Photography, Videography and Media Consent

Photography, videography, audio recording and other forms of media capture may take place during the Event.

By entering the Event venue and participating in the Event, Participants consent to being photographed, filmed and/or recorded, and consent to the Organiser using such photographs, videos, recordings and related materials for marketing, publicity, reporting, archival and promotional purposes across print, digital, social media, internal communications and other communication channels without further notice, payment or compensation.

9. Personal Data

Any personal data collected, used or disclosed in connection with the Event will be handled in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy and applicable personal data protection laws. Personal data may be collected through registration, purchases, redemptions, lucky draws, contests, feedback forms, enquiries, photography, and other purposes reasonably connected with the Event.

Participants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by the Organiser and its appointed service providers for purposes reasonably connected with the Event, including:

• Event registration, administration, operations and crowd management.
• Purchase processing, redemption fulfilment, winner verification and winner notification, where applicable.
• Marketing, publicity, reporting, post-Event communications and internal record keeping; and
• Any other purposes notified to Participants or reasonably related to the Event.

Participants may contact the Organiser in relation to the collection, use or disclosure of their personal data or to withdraw consent, subject to applicable law.

10. Third-Party Partners and External Booths

The Event may include business partners, vendors, service providers, external booths, payment service providers, venue operators or other third parties. Such third parties may have their own terms, conditions, notices, privacy practices, product information, warranties or service policies.

The Organiser is not responsible for any act, omission, representation, transaction, product, service, advice, guarantee or commitment made directly by any third party, except where expressly stated by the Organiser in writing.

11. Health, Safety and Venue Rules

Participants shall attend and participate in the Event at their own risk and are responsible for assessing whether they are fit and able to participate in any activity.

Participants must observe all safety notices, venue rules, hygiene requirements, emergency procedures and instructions issued by the Organiser, venue operator, event staff or authorities. Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings while attending the Event.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser, its related corporations, employees, agencies, vendors, partners and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, disappointment, expense or claim arising from or in connection with attendance at, participation in, or inability to participate in the Event, including any activity, purchase, redemption, prize, sample, product, service or promotion.

Participants are responsible for assessing their own dietary requirements, allergies, food sensitivities and medical conditions before consuming any food or beverage product sampled, purchased, redeemed or otherwise obtained at the Event. Participants should seek ingredient or allergen information from Event staff where required.

The Organiser does not warrant that any food or beverage product sampled, sold, redeemed or otherwise distributed at the Event is suitable for every individual and shall not be responsible for any adverse reaction, illness, injury, loss or damage arising from its consumption, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

All Event names, logos, trademarks, artwork, designs, images, content, materials and intellectual property remain the property of the Organiser or their respective owners.

No Event materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, adapted, published, displayed or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Organiser or the relevant rights owner.

14. Force Majeure, Changes and Cancellation

The Organiser reserves the right to postpone, suspend, shorten, extend, relocate, modify or cancel the Event or any part of it due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, venue requirements, operational needs, government regulations, acts of God, severe weather, technical issues, public health concerns or any event beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control, without liability to any Participant.

15. Amendments and Final Decision

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and any marketing, publicity or promotional materials relating to the Event, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Event, including participation, eligibility, redemptions, prizes, disputes and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, shall be final.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

17. General

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No waiver: Any failure or delay by the Organiser in exercising a right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
