Lam Soon Cannery, the Lam Soon Group’s Singapore holding company acquired a 20% stake in Viz Branz Ltd. Viz Branz Ltd, a Singapore public listed company, is a manufacturer of instant cereal, coffee and tea products. It has operations in ASEAN and China.

Lam Soon Edible Oils has been the exclusive distributor for Viz Branz in the territory of Malaysia since August 2009. Lam Soon views the acquisition as a long term strategic investment.
