The Company is pleased to announce that the following dividends:

• i) A Final Single Tier Dividend of 5.0 sen per share; and
• ii) A Special Single Tier Dividend of 10 sen per share

in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2022 will be paid on 2 August 2023 to all shareholders appearing on the Company’s register of members at the close of business on 11 July 2023.
