The Company is pleased to announce that the following dividends:

• i) A Final Single Tier Dividend of 15.0 sen per share; and
• ii) A Special Single Tier Dividend of 5.0 sen per share

in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2020 will be paid on 12 August 2021 to all shareholders appearing on the Company’s register of members at the close of business on 22 July 2021.
